Alzheimer’s Week

This week is alzheimer’s week and the practice is working with Alzheimer’s society to support carers and patients with Alzheimer’s. We held our first successful Alzheimer’s forum today with our specialist from the Alzheimer’s society. The practice was support by our expert patient panel.
